Whole Scrap Tire Processing Stage

The consulting of whole used scrap tires into shreds or specifically sized chips. This product can be used as feed stock for further processing or be utilized for tire derived fuel (TDF) or tire derived aggregate (TDA).

Tire Wire Removal & Separation Stage

Used scrap tire shreds or chips from stage 1 are processed for the removal and separation of tire wire and rubber. Consultation for the steel by steel mills in the manufacturing of new steel, consultation for the rubber as rubber mulch, playground and field turf or for crumb rubber feed stock.

Product Sizing and Cleaning Stage

Consulting the process of screening a multitude of different sized rubber that is clean of wire into product size ranges and the removal of any additional contamination as well as possibly the further reduction of oversized rubber particles. The rubber can be utilized as rubber mulch, playground material, and athletic field turf or crumb rubber.
